     By now,  I'm sure you've heard that Dragon Slayers can turn into dragons.... although it isn't an easy  process, and although it sounds fun, most usually back down.

     Igneel feels the same.

     Yes, the feisty Fire Dragon was once only a Fire Dragon Slayer. Born in the midst of The Dragon Civil War, Igneel Dragneel was the son of General Daiki Dragneel, the most famous and courageous knight in all of Ishgar. The Humans were attempting to drive off the dragons, but were failing miserably. 

     One day, on Igneel's thirteenth birthday, he discovers where his uncle, Acnologia had disappeared to, ten years ago. Shocked and disgusted that his uncle had gone off to live with dragons, Igneel decides to follow the trail he took. 

     Two years later, Igneel is attacked by Acnologia. Beaten within an inch of his life, Igneel is found by a Fire Dragon, a dragon on the side of the humans in the Dragon Civil War. Igneel reluctantly lets himself be treated by the Dragon- Natsuko -and once healed, agreed to be trained in the art of Dragon Bearing Magic. (Which would later be known as Dragon Slayer Magic)

     However, Igneel realizes that to defeat his uncle, and therefore end the war, he needs to follow in Acnologia's footsteps.... and become a dragon.
 
     But becoming a dragon has a price; you know longer care for humans. However, Igneel needs revenge.... and he's ready to go to extreme lengths to get it. 

    (NOTE: Obviously, this takes place before Fairy Tail, Natsu, and all of that.... this is an original PLOT, not story because I'm not Hiro Mashima, and I don't own anything aside the plot and my OCs.)All Rights Reserved

But one day Acnologia decides to part with Natsu so the boy could go on his own adventures and make friends and mates as Natsu is a special Dragon with unlimited magic at his disposal. Acnologia gave him three gifts a scarf made out of his scales, A Cloak just like his, and Katana made from an iron Dragon claw. It's Sharpness could cut a mountain in half with just a swing. Natsu accepted the gifts and went flying off into the distance setting off on his adventure. Mature Contents Lemon Scenes I don't own anything except The story.
