Anisha "Annie" Roy appeared to live a life of privilege as the eldest daughter of a wealthy family in Siliguri, but her home was stifling. Under Shaurya's care, Annie healed. Therapy and Shaurya's love restored her hope, and she founded an NGO to support other survivors. They grew closer, eventually getting engaged, with Shaurya introducing her as an "orphan" to shield her from judgment.

Their peace was shattered during a trip to Zero Point, where Annie was brutally attacked. Shaurya held on as she fell into a coma, his love unwavering. Two years later, she awoke, changed but resolute. On the Howrah Bridge in Kolkata, she told Shaurya her last wish-to donate her assets to her NGO. Then, in a final act, she stepped from the bridge, leaving Shaurya to carry on her fight against injustice, her spirit a constant presence in his work.
