The Unity Program? It's, well, supposed to be this ground initiative by The Order, handpicking 'promising' individuals from each sector. They say it's for unity, preparing us to bridge the divides between our sectors, to work together for the 'greater good'. But really, it's shrouded in secrecy. Nobody truly knows why they're chosen or what they're in for. Some say it's just a propaganda exercise. Others think it's a death sentence with fancy branding. Rumor has it they're sending these recruits out beyond the megacities, to do what exactly... no one's sure. But if you ask me, it's less about unity and more about survival. The Order's survival, not ours.

I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. "Do not ever think you can get away from me."
