He's a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle created by Shredder! Supposed to be the Ultimate Turtle, he has a lot of powerful abilities that make him as equal as Master Splinter himself! He is sent by Shredder as a mission to kill the TMNT gang-but he ends up failing.

When Vin comes back to Shredder, Vin is banished and is to never come back. But when the Krang and Shredder have a sinister plan to take over Earth, will Vin help the TMNT gang or will he fall under Shredder's evil wing?
