Sky came from a bad home before everything went wrong. But this apocalypse seemed to change her in more ways than one. "The crescent moon glimmered as I gazed out through the slightly opened window. I hear the Herd pass, and their rather depressing, hungry growls arose the night. I held my knife even though I'm on the second story of the heavily disgusting house I grew up in. Carefully I went up on an elbow as I peered through the window.
