The council of the Underground are hopeless.  With the citizens of the wretched city being filthy, poor, sick, and hungry, the council turns to the Fatal Flaws for a solution.  Amidst the beginning of a war among the Flaws, two groups form with completely different ideas on how to save the Underground. All Gash wants is for the people of each city to be equal and so they start a political uprising to raise awareness of the gender inequality going on in the city they grew up in.
