Looking For Hope
After major coastal cities sink to the bottom of the ocean at the end of the twenty-first century, the richest inhabitants of Earth escape the planet to build new colonies in a distant solar system. A collection of short stories which are segments of the one story I want to write. I'll add more later once I flesh out the segments. The chapters are somewhat in chronological order. Some stories overlap in their timeline because the endings are different, but they belong to the same segment of the story. Project Humanoid (Discontinued)
This story got discontinued since I lost motivation to keep going, and it's also pretty bad if you look closely into it, at least I enjoyed doing this when I had the time to, now that I don't focus on it maybe it's just a public draft. (You do not have permission to remake or do your own take on this, make your own stories, not reimagine them on top of this one of mine.) A story in progress that is being made all by me. Why? I just wanted to make the story to be written for my Original Characters and share it with the public that would like it! (Images in the story are placeholders, and are subject to change.)

We are one of ten different compounds placed at strategic locations around the US. It's been thirteen years since the virus overtook humanity, turning about ninety percent of us into zombies. I'm not sure how it started exactly; that's classified information. I do know that in order to save what was left of the human race, the president at the time took a bunch of really smart people and kids and relocated them into new 'protected' cities. My father was one of those really smart people. I was only five at the time, but I knew what was happening." Within the walls of the compound, Jay makes stupid mistakes, mistakes even she doesn't understand, putting everyone inside at risk. All because she can't shoot someone. All because she misses the wind in her hair, the flowers on the hillsides, the sound of crickets at night. All because she's different, the only person untouchable by the Virus. No Man Left Behind
An intelligent entity by the name of Unilife captures the attention of an ancient alien race, who must decide whether or not to make first contact with the human race in order to stop this fast-learning, genocidal entity . . . And after encountering the entity themselves, Humanity must decide between fighting Unilife to the bitter end, or fleeing the Milky Way Galaxy altogether. This short story is a precursor to other writings to come. Essentially, I'm using my experience from writing this as a springboard for future planned projects. Sidenote: this project was originally drafted in Google Docs. For some reason, when copying over to Wattpad, Wattpad converts all the em dashes to regular hyphens. Be on the lookout for that, as it completely slaughters the meaning of certain sentences and phrases which use em dashes.
