The class president and Valedictorian have a lot to hide from the school population, their parents who teach at their high school, and each other. While trying not to open up about their tragic pasts to one another, they're busy keeping an unplanned pregnancy secret and battling rumors started by Casey's scorned previous girlfriend. Shannon thrives on rumors and thinks if she starts enough drama, Hayley will leave and she will get her first love back. Will she be successful or give up and try to move on with her life like all her friends keep preaching that she should do?
