After living with her grandparents most of her life, she finally gets to met her mom and get a new house with a beautiful lake view. When moving to the new city Miri finds herself in a new environment with huge changes to her body. After developing an eating disorder and constant harassment from her mother about her weight, Miri finds ways distracts herself reality and eventually her own life. After dealing a great loss she must find a new way to survive in this new world so set on her down fall, and just when she thinks she has it all figured out, the ice underneath her breaks.
This story revolves heavily around eating disorder, fat/weight shame, self harm, thoughts of suicide. If these make you uncomfortable please find a different story, this is to bring awareness to eating disorders and mental health as a whole.
