The 16th century was a time of spiritual turmoil. Some believed in God, some worshiped Satan, false gods, some were atheists, and others relied solely on their own strength and morals. In late December 1570 wolf demon pirate king Kibishi battled against guardian priestess Koi for seven days. Koi was also his mate and mother to their six children. She was also nine months pregnant with their seventh son. After being defeated, Kibishi transferred his soul into his beloved sword, Kaho. Nineteen years later, in February 1590, King Miyo and Vice King Arigato, of the long-believed mythical Kibishi Seinaru Gadian, attacked a town. Miyo tells Shukufuku that he is predestined to reassemble kibishi’s legendary sword kaho and help him resurrect Kibishi.
