A young girl names Lacy one day receives a letter from her sister, Stephaney, whom she believed to be dead. in following her sisters instructions she is led on a fantastical adventure not only to find the truth of her sister's supposed death, but also to discover herself.
Along the way she gets help from some rather quirky, grumpy, and somewhat audacious characters.
She will also come to realize that sometimes the greatest strength in the universe is simply finding the power to keep going.
