Echoes of Obsession

This story is about an idol named Juhyeok who lost his memory in an accident. Then his crazy fan named Cheon took advantage of it, claiming they had a love life together. They lived on like this until Juhyeok regained his memory and got the hell out of the relationship and K-pop industry. While on his way back home, he runs into his childhood bff named Hajin. Little did they know they hit it off perfectly and start dating each other. All of a sudden, Cheon found them and took Juhyeok's boyfriend hostage which turns out somewhat ok.
