The Life Of A Showgirl

So it goes, she's a showgirl who won't showcase her true affection-not when it'll lead her down the same old rabbit hole of before, you know, the whole heartbreak shenanigan. She's a performer and she must play her part right, not allowing something as silly as feelings to interfere with her career. After all, she's THE Rainbow Dash, undoubtedly resilient and fierce. Love is just an act to put on and nothing more, she must not become too invested or else her whole brand she's built for herself won't sell. She's a girlboss, the force not to be reckoned with, ultimately warning every guy to stay in her good graces or else she'll diss him in a song.

Love was something she successfully shoved every single time with every single guy...every single guy except Soarin Skies. He's most certainly not a stranger to her but she had hoped to leave him behind in the past life-that's what she promised herself when moving from Cloudsdale to Los Pegasus. So, what happens when after all those years he comes back into her life, all re-beginning with a backstage pass and a friendship bracelet? Will she shove this love aside too just like all those other times? Or will she accept this love with open arms, even despite the fact that in her life she's done greater things than dating the boy on the football team?
