Sedaris. A beautiful city made up of five sectors: First Person Shooter, Role-Playing Game, Simulation/Strategy, Sports, and last and definitely the worst...Indie. In this city lived a young boy by the name of Lukas Antonakos who is about to take part in the placement examination. He's determined to make it to the most respected sector, First Person Shooter. Unfortunately he falls into the wrong sector. After being placed into the Indie sector and being disowned by his family and almost all his friends, Lukas must now race against the clock with his best friend Clia and new companions after they learn about their leader, Orion LaCroix's, plans to wipe out the Indie sector for good with a deadly computer virus, killing everyone who lives there. The second and final short story in this little series I've construed. This little sequel plays off the many heavy themes and elements presented in the first story. Around 2K words in length( upon its completion), this wraps up my first little short story Duology. This story follows the personal view of two coastal survivors, young Charla & Denny, in the wake of a nuclear apocalypse. The story intends to depict a glimpse of communities of sea-faring people and the environment they are fighting to survive in. Between perils of sea and perils of land, will the coastal peoples obtain life or death?
