This is a remake of my original Carrie/Chronicle themed story called Clyde

Clyde Henderson was a misunderstood teenager who is stuck in a terrible life with his controlling abusive stepfather, and in school being bullied by the popular kids and most of the school because of terrible rumors involving a tragic incident.

Clyde could never catch a break and feels like his life will always be a never ending nightmare...until one day he discovered a secret lab in an abandoned warehouse and after an incident with a mysterious glowing vial, Clyde soon begin to develop supernatural powers beyond his wildest dreams

And thus, he begins to use them to fight back against those who hurt him and does his very best to change his life for the better but as he goes to the senior prom with the girl of his dreams and becoming the victim of cruel horrific prank from his worst enemy, all hell breaks loose...All Rights Reserved

Instead, the two of them keep each other company, and their friendship very quickly escalates into a romantic and intimate relationship. Despite having Mikayla, Jay's troubles continue to burden him. He and Mikayla are fighting habitually, his home life is still unbearable, and his time at school is hardly any better, made worse by a bully named Calvin. Their mutual dislike of one another leads to a lot of hostility, routinely leading to Jay being sent to his school's principal. One confrontation in particular goes much too far, resulting in Jay's expulsion from school. With everything seemingly piling up, Jay is very close to his breaking point, and late one night he is blindsided by the unthinkable, pushing him much too far and effectively planting in his mind a cruel and horrific plan for revenge.

I saw him kill her," his voice was riddled with such pure vulnerability and pain it begged me to believe him. "Who?" I try to sound sympathetic, but it comes out as scared. Maybe, subconsciously, I am scared.
