It's been nearly a year since Zero Gravity became Queen of Yuealo, and the Wingonets who inhabit it, but she still struggles with her new responsibilities.
When she meets a band of new 'wingonets' living outside the city, Zero graciously invites them to join the city; but her friends; new and old; insist she's making a bad choice. She takes it as jealousy of her willingness to help others, and her lessened focus on the Outcasts.
