Niall's best friend, or should I say ex-bestfriend, is in the hospital. And he was the one who put her in there. Niall regrets everything; how he treated her, how he yelled at her, how he left her when she needed him, and how much of a horrible friend he was.
It's been months since Isabella first came in through the hospital doors, and still nothing was improving. She was still lifeless and hooked up to wires.
Niall admitted his love for Isabella during their last fight. He regrets it all because those ten seconds are the reason why she's lifeless and in a coma.
When Niall goes through his past, will he forgive himself? And when the time comes, will Isabella forgive him?

"Why do you keep pretending you're afraid of me?" He hissed, obvious anger in his eyes. "Because Louis; if I'm not afraid of you I'll end up loving you!" I shouted. "And that means I'll get hurt...because that's just the way you are!" I said, hoping he would correct me. "You're right." He said simply after a long pause. "You're right." She was new; he was jaded. She was oblivious; he knew all too well. She was innocent; he was everything but. And anyone who looked at the two would know just how wrong they were together. Yet there was no denying the obvious fire that seemed to heat every time they were near each other. This isn't the typical "boy loves girl- they fall in love" etc. etc. This is about heart wrenching confessions, breath taking encounters, love shattering secrets, and two people who so desperately want to know just what love is.
