The year is 2052 and the people of Earth were forced to abandon their home planet due to the havoc of Mother Nature fighting back consuming many cites and lives with her. The remaining population were move to planet Ethern. It was largely similar to Earth with liquid water, plants and animals. The only real differences were the poisonous atmosphere and the heavy meteor shower that rained down at unpredictable times.
The journey to Ethern was long and unplanned, many didn't survive leaving hundreds displaced and seeking temporary accommodation.
Madeline Evergarden is not your typical popular girl. She's always be known for being cunning, bitchy, intelligent, charismatic and her love for art and old literature but most of all for being a player. She was one of the few who survived the journey along with the rest of her family.
Valentine Rosewood is your typical bad-boy. Sly, clever, vain. However he was one of the unlucky ones left to seek a temporary home for the next year, which just so happened to be Madeline's.
