My dad was hitting me again, and it hurt. Bad. But no matter how loud I scream, or how loud I yell, I knew nobody would care, They think its just disapline. I have never experienced a fatherly love, mom, well, she pretents like everything is okay. My dad said I was a mistake an accident, I wasn't supposed to exist. Mother stays away from him, This is a dream to her, a nightmare she can't escape. More like my nightmare.
17 year old Emma has been abused by her father since she was a little girl. She remembers a time when her father didn't drink. A time when he still loved. A time when he was a dad. Now, those memories are just fantasy from a storybook. She has forgotten how a good family looks like.
