Kay-Lea Bennett a girl who has suffered from her mums death, was moving to The Big Apple, New York City, after her dad was offered a job there. Being the daughter of a famous actor, Axel Bennett, wasn't something that she really needed in her life, something that most people wanted, but she did not crave the attention and famous life, like others, as much as she liked the money and fancy objects that filled her closet and her room, she wanted real friends and a real family, that never leaved her. After her mums death of 2 years ago, it changed her life, she became a player, so she could hide all emotions and hurt that filled her heart.
But as she starts to attend a new school, she starts to develop new friendships, with people that to seem to care about her, because no one new who she was. Josh the bad boy appears in her life and starts to shake things up. But she soon finds out that this guy, could be the one that changes her heart and her player ways. But then it begins, as soon as she starts a new relationship, bad things start to play up again, which forces her to bring out and relive all the hurt and sad emotions that she had received when her mother died. When these do show up, she has another shoulder to cry on. But who may that be? This mysterious guy may just steal her heart and get in the way of his own brothers feelings.
