What brought me here no longer matters, it is irrelevant. The day violence and chaos became part of my ordinary way of life was no longer a concern of mine. Thick gray fog pressed in around me as the memories of my old life faded away, bringing the scene before me into sharp clarity. Rain poured down from the darkened sky, washing the blood off my face, arms, and hands. I had always told myself it was my job to protect the others, but now it was time to protect myself. The body that lay cold and stiff in my arms was evidence enough of that. It was also a sign telling me it was time I stopped chasing and started running, or it would be me who was crucified and left to die in an open field.
Lene was a normal 15 year old girl with a normal life up until a secret organization takes away every bit of innocence she had and built her and a group of 7 other people into the perfect killers to do their bidding. In a story packed with blood and murder, Lene is set onto the gorey path to become a monster.

After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her. ------------- After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language. Then i turned and moved quicker than i have before to stop the zombie that i saw coming for me from the corner of my eye, i stopped dead in my tracks as my heart sank into the bloody stream of my circulation of life.
