Kid Scarlett was kinda hated by her mother , her mother was a villain and got caught and went to jail . She's been in there for a long time and kid Scarlett didn't know her father . So one day she was practicing how to use her powers and while she was doing that batman said "nice job kid" "thanks" she said and with that batman took her in and he adopted her and she met all the other heros through him.
kid Scarlett has super speed,she has telekinesis and ice powers . she has this doll with her at all times because it helps her stay calm and she's faster than kid flash and flash himself. She has to go train at first with flash in order to control her powers . So flash was the one who introduced kid Scarlett to wally and Robin
kid Scarlett was there with them on independence day but left before red arrow did , she didn't want to be treated like a child and stuff. sometime later batman and flash convinced kid Scarlett to join the team.

Wanting to be a superhero and becoming one, are two completely different things. But becoming the opposite? That's way easier. And sometimes it's not on purpose. Fate didn't want me to be a hero. That story is about Kid Flash and Robin in Teen Titans not in Young Justice where they are best friends. The Titans weren't nice to Robin always doing pranks which weren't always nice. One day, they crossed the line, doing a prank about Robin's dead parents. It made him mad, breaking his heart. Bringing Robin's past in a stupid joke for April's Fool wasn't funny it was just mean. Robin started to avoid his teammates, staying in his room when there wasn't any mission and fighting alone when a villain was attacking Jump City. One day, Kid Flash, Robin's biggest rival, decided to pay the Titans a visit. He wanted to upset Robin and believe me, stealing his team was the best way to achieve his goal.
