What if a suicide attempt goes all wrong?

That's what happens to Rose Jasmine Harper, an abused and bullied 18 years old high school senior, who finally gives up on life. Adding to her parents' abuse are the constant beatings at school. At 220 lbs she's just a nice target for almost everyone.

So she gives up.

But what when just as she wants to jump, she suddenly has a gun pointed at her forehead? Getting rescued by the police, she's now a key witness in one of the country's biggest lawsuits. Before she can even think about saying no, she's suddenly pushed into the care of a man not much older than herself, now acting as her bodyguard.
