Could you imagine being raised by psychopaths who happen to be sociopaths and terrible parents? Rouge The Bat could be. Raised by the Joker and Harley Quinn themselves. Until the two are booted to Arkham, leaving her without a guardian.

Of course, Bruce will take her in. What could possibly go wrong?

Hey! Original idea for plot (not use of characters, just the joker and harley's child thing) goes to a creator on c.ai. I liked the idea and used Rouge as the user, and think it turned out really well :)

This is a fandom crossover of STH(Sonic the Hedgehog) and the DC universe (I'm not a total expert on DC, so if yu find anything wrong make sure to lmk). Canon characters belong to respective universes, I do not own them. Plot was inspired by a user on c.ai but the rest is my own original idea.
