Lament

Terra Peters is a 16 year old girl living in poverty. With as much money and effort that she can manage, she tries to support her sister after her father leaves and her drunken mother stops supporting them. When Terra's house burns down, she is left to stay with the neighbor, the wealthy doctor, and his family. Meanwhile, the nation's leaders decide to cut all support to the town and send in soldiers to eliminate any and all lawbreakers.
