In this original fanfiction, "If She Was Still Alive", it describes the life of Leslie and Jesse as they move on to high school and it's simply the both of them against the rest of the humongous world. They're only two naive fourteen-year old teenagers and they continue to keep the magic of their friendship alive, until Leslie discovers a nerve-wracking secret that Jesse has been keeping from her that could potentially ruin their bond.
