Elias lives in a small town by the sea. He doesn't hate it but wishes that one day he could leave. Every day seems like it's been repeating. He goes work at the same small harbor, loading cargo into ships and managing the piers every day, when one foggy morning he meets a girl from his past who he reconnects with. As they get to know each other again, the girl tells Elias about her stepbrother who she had a falling out with, until one day, her stepbrother comes home. Elias bonds with the two, going on adventures around the town on their bikes while Elias fights his own personal struggles of leaving the town, and eventually falls for one of them.
