Rogue has never felt like a girl that belonged. The outcast of her own family, experiencing heartache and abuse at a young age and to top it all off the world hits the dirt before she can really get to know who she really is. Now she's running with the most unlikely group of people that'll teach her loyalty, betrayal, love and family. Follow Rogue's story through the Walking Dead as she discovers that even in darkness there is light, you just have to follow the butterflies.
This will be my adaptation of The Walking Dead, Timeline will be similar but some events will be changed to fit my story. This will not be word for word. I hope I can give the characters justice. I do not own The Walking Dead or the cast aside from my own character, Rogue Taegans. This fanfiction goes out to all the she, hes and theys that love themselves a sleeveless grumpy hunter.

I started to do a trail of kisses up to the back of the ear. The tension on her shoulders started to break slowly as I kissed each inch of her skin. I'd been so worried about how she is mentally doing since the death of Lori. She hadn't processed much after the little nugget was birthed. She jumped into action immediately after, coming with me to get formula, and didn't stop until we got back to our mattress. She didn't sleep much, and I followed her out as she let out what she had been holding all day. I also have been holding back something for the past couple of weeks. And I want to be able to tell her, but with everything going on, I'm not sure when it's the appropriate time. Hell, the words have never been formed in my mouth. Not even with my brother. She blames herself for not double checking to make sure he was really dead or not.
