The deal with the angel

Thirteen year old justice has to become her other halves before she turns 16 or her father Raziel king of all angels will bring her to live with him. Not that he isn't a good father but where he is she is considered princess of all angels. She wants to be free and able to go places without angels dropping to their knees and praising her. She wants to be like any other person. Or anything as close as human she can be considering she is all of the supernatural beings you can think of. She meets guys but it doesn't bother her. Now there is one guy that is frequently showing up at random times. He is the badass of school and everyone steers clear of him in fear. He only has a small circle of friends but he is hanging out with her. Why is he hanging out with her?
