Viola, who just moved to the chilly town of Hepton, Massachusetts with her sister and her dad, is heartbroken at the loss of her mother and uncertain about her future. Then one day, when a huge blizzard threatens to bury the town, Viola gets trapped in a small bookstore with Braden, who seems to be the first person to really listen to what's going on in her life.

He's known for not having feelings for really anyone. Breaking girls hearts right and left. So when Scarlett finds his diary maybe reading a few pages wouldn't hurt. He deserves it right? But Scarlett is forced to reveal secrets of her own she swore she wouldn't. It was just a diary. But sadly Scarlett was wrong, a lot comes along with just a diary.
