This poem is about two teenagers that have lost a parent. It can be traumatic for a someone to live through that experience, but it can also be an eye opener. I have never experienced this first hand, but I know people who have. They have told me what they felt. It is a poem in two voices. I was unable to write it in colums because of the way that wattpad is set up. If there are any questions regarding the poem, please ask them in the comments and I'll gladly answer them.

A girl has her problems, no matter what happens. There will always be a biological problem with a girl, even if she denies the problem’s existence. She will have your days whenever she is down. Her problems... killing her soul little by little. But she doesn’t always want the death to be apart of her. EmPATHETICally Blind (A skinny love story)
Emilee can read emotions like books. Matt can't read at all because he's blind as fuck. Both riddled with self-hatred, anger and frustration, they somehow manage to become best friends, even though their personalities clash worse than plaid and polka-dots. (Both of which, coincidentally, Emilee loves to wear on occasion) Spontaneousness may just be what keeps them in trouble, and together. Emilee finds out how much she depends on Matt, and Matt always sort of knew he liked her. The only problem is who's going to tell who first? Suicidal
This is the story of an abused teenage girl, Maddie. Her need to die has become overwhelming and she is trying to find a way to help herself before she does something she may regret. The story is told from her point of view as she recalls all that has happened to her. Maybe telling her story will help her, maybe not. This isn't just any other sob story. This is more realistic. You may even find yourself comparing your life to Maddie's while reading this story. Disclosure: I wrote this as a 13-year-old and the writing is definitely not up to my current standards, but I feel as though changing what I have already written would take away from the emotion I put into this story at 13 years old.
