What if all that you ever knew was a lie?

Years ago, the meteorites fell and destroyed the old ways of doing things. A new changed Government arose and the world around them changed as well. Mutants ruled for a few days before being taken away and hidden. Slaves became a sudden reality, marked savagely by the Destiny Children, a by-product of the Government, and sold to wealthy Slave Owners. 
Trace is one of these slaves, along with her mutant friends M and Glint, owned collectively by Master. Allivan. In a twist of events, she and her friends are thrust into the world of the Rebels by two mysterious characters- one of whom is her long-thought dead brother.
Who can be trusted? And why is she just finding out about the lies that ruled her life for so long?

I saw him right before Max did. When he did, his gasped "Fuck" magnified the jump of fear made by my body when I found myself standing merely two feet from an alien. His large bottomless black eyes were staring emptily into mine and I could see the blood vessels pulsate across his large conical-shaped brain. The groves along the sides of his face were as dark as his eyes, the edges moving rhythmically like the gills of a fish. There was no mouth where his thin lips had previously been. Instead there were two parallell lines going vertically up his chin, with holes going straight into the lower part of his face. He was no longer hiding behind his human face, but there was no mistaking who was standing motionless in front of us. There was no mistaking the darkness around his body. And right now he was trying to dig into our connection by staring at us. It could be likened to someone pushing a screwdriver into your brain through your eye. I fell backwards a step, Max's grip on my hand tightening while I simultaneously saw the shimmering field separating us from Command thicken. Command's plan was a simple, but excellent, one. I hated the sight of him, still I couldn't take my eyes off him. Those empty eyes positioned in that thick reptilian-like skinned face with those flapping breathing holes made me wish I had never been born. I wouldn't give up. I would fight until the end. But I would be lying to myself if I didn't admit that I was scared out of my wits. *************************** UNBREAKABLE - A BEAUTIFUL LIE is the tale of lost civilizations, aliens, hybrids, secrets and the forced bridge between two worlds. Rebel, trying to find her own way in the world so that she doesn't lose herself again the way that she did a bunch of years ago to the fear that overtook her. She tries to use her abilities that are now both quite under control, to track down younger mutants, to try and help them. Thomas is being Circuit, now working for a underground mutant network ever since Erik found himself locked up. He is finding new ways of getting in places that would be considered illegal through the electrical systems. While in the future, those same three Kinetics along with few others are fighting a clearly losing battle on the government, goin' against the Sentinels, who are specifically created to destroy mutants. Now, their future selves enact a desperate plan hoping to not only save themselves from what they are in now, but their past selves from the torture that they themselves went through, hunted down by not only the Sentinels, but the humans as well. {Set in X-Men: Days of Future Past} I only own Atlanta (Dive), Rebel (Instinct), Thomas (Circuit), and Sierra (Element). On his quest, he finds himself in a human farm where a Mutant Doctor resides along side the human's. He lives with a girl of mysterious origin, who can't speak due to a head injury that the Doctor treated when he found her. The girl reveals her story that she remembers through sign language, including a being saved by a mutant scientist from a lab that involved experimentation. Believing that Puck's answer might be among the records, he asks for the girls help. Where will this path take these two unlikely companions? Will they find the answers they both seek, or will the path take them even further away? What is the girl, what's her name, and where did she come from before being taken to the church? What will Puck do when he finds out the truth about the girl and his people? And, who is behind the lies, the destruction, and the experimentation that the church conducts in secret from the public?

Also this summary is something to be fixed but until then) A thousand years ago the extermination of Earth from unknown circumstances brought about the end of humanity for the planet. The end of animals, most of nature, technology and everything that advanced in between. After Earth's destruction a new life began with the survivors of the near extinction of humanity. They constructed a singular civilization encased in a wall for protection from outside forces, built on the hope to reproduce and thrive with the life they were forced into. Zykard would be the start of a second life for humans But within that time of rebirth some of the survivors surged with horrors of Pre-Reearth. Heresy, treachery, riots, thefts, murders and revolutions. A need to for order was introduced, and brought about the leader of Zykard and seven factions of ten people. A thousand years later theres a change. An outsider appears and seemingly becomes the new leader of Zykard, bringing more hardships with their hopes. Crimson, a seventeen year old girl faces the verge of adulthood. The final trials being the only gap between her new reality. A new injection to be given to everyone after the trials. She will face the ugly second face of what Zykard really is behind the curtains. Face pain she never thought would be possible and lose what she loves the most. She will understand what it's like to become apart of the Zykard.
