This is a descriptive short story of Alex, a 18 year old boy, who fell in love with his best friend, and his best friend, Helen, a 17 year old girl who is completely oblivious to who or what is happening around her.
Alex is a mainly "go with the flow" kind of person but is diagnosed with depression.
Helen is a bubbly girl, in general. But if you get to know her, just as Alex has, you see that she has a completely dark side.
