Vester had been staying in Japan for eight months now, successfully hiding from John. He had been laying low while he was working as an understudy for a play. He had broken up with his boyfriend named John and he is the reason why he had to hide in a foreign land.
John loves Vester so much that he was willing to let go of his pride just so he could convince him to come back to him. He had searched for him for two months and when he could not find him anywhere, he decided to give up. He felt like Vester would just hide further if he continued in seeking him and he was afraid that he would never show up again.
He decided to just wait until he comes back and promised himself that he will not let go of him again.
