"K-kya kar rahay ho?" Her breath hitched in her throat as he closed the distance between them. She instinctively took a step back, but he mirrored her move, narrowing the gap.
"Jo tum soch rahi ho," he murmured, his voice low and almost a whisper. The sound sent an electric chill down her spine, leaving her momentarily breathless.
"D-dekho, tumhara zyada ho raha hai... M-meray qareeb mat aao," she stammered, her heart pounding against her chest. His proximity was overwhelming, sending shivers through her, but also... something else. Something she couldn't quite place.
With each step he took towards her, she took one more back, until the cold wall pressed against her back. She was trapped-his towering form just inches away, the heat of his body seeping into her skin.
"Ab to aagya na? Ab kya karogi? Bas Hum donon hi yahaan hain... aur koi nahi." He leaned in closer, his breath warm against her ear, his lips just a hairsbreadth away from touching her skin.

Getting married to your childhood best friend is the best feeling one can ever have because who doesn't want to end up with someone who knows you heart and soul. I've always dreamt of this day.
