After the events of season 4 and Will reuniting with Kathryn and Jacques, the Nektons are back on track, searching for the unknown. 

They come across an uncharted reef in the North Atlantic Ocean, and as they explore, they make a discovery we all knew Ant hoped to make since season one.

Obviously, Ant is amazed because it's Ant we're talking about. She explains that her descendants survived the downfall of Atlantis and were only a small group of survivors. For generations, they survived at the very bottom of the ocean and even further underground with secret tunels to hide from any possible danger. Until they got hunted down by pirates and split up to hide.

Pirates underwater? We're all thinking of the Black Orca crew. 

But is it really them?
