The Third Side

Minerva McGonagall grew up in a world where she was treated as second best, solely for her gender. She worked tirelessly to become a teacher, that way she could help the children, her children, save them and guide them to better paths. When the war started, she saw it for what it was, two men battling for power over their world, and she feared they would destroy it if either won. There was a reason she was the longest hat stall known to Hogwarts, it was time for her Slytherin cunning to emerge, and create a third side, one where her children, would not have to grow up worried about Prejuice or Hate.
