Penn is a 15 year-old girl who makes a living delivering packages for a messenger facility. She doesn't know her last name or much personal information about her past but she knows her love for Pokemon. So with her trusted partner, Luxray, she embarks on a journey to deliver a package that might just be more important than the entire Sinnoh Region.
