It was Opal's first day of Blaziken's PMD Academy(a academy for young pokemon for special training before going to a guild and training there) and she's very eager to face the challenges to graduate from that school. Although, being the oldest sibling from her eight other buizel brothers and sisters to apply to the Academy she has no idea what's coming. The first day did not go so well. Being bullied for her different fur color, humiliated in front of her classmates, and not making friends(instead for one pokemon). All that changes the following day when she finds a unconscious Riolu with a strange gem in his pocket and he claims to be... human?

After passing out and waking up the next day, she finds herself on a beach, meets a Torchic named Blazie, and discovers that the only thing she can remember is that her name is Pattie. Pattie also finds that instead of being human, she has become a Pokémon! After going into a place called Beach Cave to find two crooks who steal something very important to Blazie, they get the help of an Espeon named Elyon to get it back. The three become friends after they get the treasure of Blazie's back. Pattie teams up with Blazie and Elyon to become a member at Wigglytuff's Guild, one of the best Rescuing Guilds around the world, trying to figure out her past, and how she turned from human to Pokémon.Complete

There are some gym leaders who are too busy to battle, don't want to battle, and are just too tough. To make matters worse, Team Magma and Aqua are causing trouble just to save the world? One of the team's leader even wants her to join them, but why? Also, who is the ally who is most willing to help her? For Sapphire, she will face many foes, family, and friends, old and new, on her journey, pushing her past her limits for power. Can she do it?
