Taekook oneshot - short story!
Jungkook was so lost in his mind when a soft melody suddenly burst through the quiet of the café.
Jungkook looked up, irritated, only to meet the apologetic gaze of a young man, maybe a couple of years older than him, across the room, fumbling to silence his phone. His cheeks flushed with embarrassment, and he offered a quick, sincere apology. "Sorry, I didn't mean to disturb you," he said, his voice deep yet soft and almost shy. He nodded, offering a faint smile as he returned to his work.
The second time Jungkook met his stranger was few weeks later.
On the rooftop terrace floor, same seat, typing something furiously while drinking his beverage. Jungkook passed through him to take his seat when he looked up and smiled at him and went back to his work. His smile looked like a boxy one. So charming and pretty. Jungkook didn't expect the stranger to recognise him, let alone smile at him.
Jungkook's heart fluttered a little as he sat down, his gaze lingering on the stranger for a moment longer before turning away.
