A doctor's appointment is usually nothing, nerve-racking at best, but this time it's different.
Everyone in the country Aryzan is forced to undergo a radiation scan, under the cover that it's a mandatory test to make sure everyone is healthy. One girl, protected and hidden from these scans by her scientist mother, starts realising that changes are happening to the world around her. Her friends are different, her mother is different, her class is different, everyone is the same, never flinching or changing from their day to day schedules. The girl continues with her strange everyday tasks, but once her mother disappears, she is unable to hide her secret anymore. As she tries to escape from the country, a boy who undertook the tests follows her, convinced she is different. This pair must put all their trust in the other to save their world, and maybe even the girl's life.
