Sometimes, the most quiet corners of the library hold the loudest secrets.

Everything about Amelia Turner's life was a checklist: high GPA, perfect grades, graduate on time, and make her parents proud. But life planned out down to the seconds weighed her down that even in the library, her supposed refuge felt like a prison.

That was until the notes started appearing.

Between her quick disappearances from her spot, little post-it notes started appearing on her desk. The simple yet encouraging, comforting words inked on the small pieces of paper suddenly became her safe haven. Her dull corner suddenly became adorned with these small, unpredictable notes that broke her away from her monotonous life.

The unsuspecting culprit, Miles Lee, has been keeping an eye on Amelia since the start of the semester. His unfortunate early morning schedule allowed him to see Amelia almost daily - walking past him, unfazed and absorbed in her own world, untouched by the chaos of his own.

What started out as an innocent gesture then turned into a habit, one with which Miles felt made him connected to the stranger sitting in front of him for the past year.
