this was inspired by a promp on r/dreamSMPfanfic by pump_kin1 (seriously, their idea is so good I'll link the post). in this au there all in a daycare. some are kids, and some are adults. the kids aren't the easiest to work with... but with a bit of imagination, blackmail and fire extinguishers, it should be fine!
(I changed it to a daycare because I am british and our educaton sytems are abit different so daycare is more universal)
