Project: Silver.
    
    Probably one of the worse things that have happened in Sonic and Shadow's short lives. The project that created Silver the Hedgehog, an unneeded part of their team. 
    
    Gerald explained that Silver the Hedgehog was built as a backup plan- a last resort in case something happened to either Sonic and Shadow. Now, Sonic and Shadow thought he was useless. Sonic even facepalmed out of the room, saying that Gerald messed with the natural order of life for nothing.
    
    Silver knows they despise him- so he tries to prove himself; each time ending in miserable failure and only making them hate him more and more. Even Maria, the one who's kind to everybody else, seems to kind of hate him.

    "What... What did I do wrong?" Silver murmured in his room with tears in his eyes. 
    
    "Live."
