This story takes place in the dystopian post-war world. The world is owned by one nation, and that nation is run by an Emperor. our story's hero is an inhabitant of the planet Pluto. not much is know about the children who grew up an matured on Pluto, but there is something seriously strange going on with them. Their planet is on the brink of rebellion, and so is earth. The emperor has to do something, but the young inexperienced emperor doesn't know what to do.
