When Skylar hears about how her cousin like sister was marked and mated she becomes interested in what it would be like to find the other half of her. At a pack party she meets the mysterious player, Jake. Jake takes an interest in her, but knowing that his sister wouldn't allow it he marks her and doesn't come to her rescue like a good mate should.
