If given a second chance, how far would you go in something you deeply believe in?
Victor Marcellus, an ambitious yet pragmatic diplomat who was swept away by the chaos of war in his past life, failed to fulfill a promise he made to the only person who had ever loved him. He was given a second chance in a world filled with magic and monsters yet powerless in terms of the new world he found himself in.
But he brings something far more dangerous than any powerful magic spell. The knowledge and modern philosophy of Earth and its lessons of old.
In a world scarred and war-torn as Elysium, ruled by blood and enforced by magic, he must introduce philosophies, strategies and a new form of government that threatens crowns around the world.

How far can a person like Victor go to achieve a world without war, even at the cost of everything he loves and the people around him? Because a man who could end war can become the architect of a new world.
