I ran as the wind ripped through my face, the rain making contact with my skin as if hail was pelting down. I turned into the alley way not looking back as I slide down the wall. He shouts my name as I keep quiet itching at my wet clothes. He stops in front of the alley way looking around as he spots me. "Ashley, I'm sorry, I didn't mean for any of this to happen to you, your my best friend, please, I won't let you stay out here in the cold, soaking wet."
He pleads. I hesitate as he reaches his hand out to me, "I'll give you one more chance" I whisper through the pouring rain, reaching for his hand.
