Fabella College for the Arts has a tradition: the hate list.
Every year, nagkakaroon ng secret voting kung sino ang magiging Outcasts, ang top six most hated students sa buong campus.
Kapag maging Outcast ka, aside from ibubukod ka ng classes sa majority, hindi ka pa pwedeng kauusapin, tulungan, or even kaibiganin ng hindi Outcast for the rest of the school year.
So harsh, right? But, of course, people in the campus must hate you too much bago ka maging member ng Outcasts.
Kaya naman laking gulat ng iisang araw pa lang na transferee na si Sera ng makita niya na No. 1 ang pangalan nya sa hate list.
Paano na sya ngayon makikipag-communicate sa twin brother nya? At paano sya makikisama sa isang frustrated artist, isang "kleptomaniac" gossipmonger, isang walking disaster, isang evil ex-bestfriend, at isang cold-blooded murderer?
