Early-onset Parkinson’s disease is slowly destroying Zeff, robbing him of his speech, his strength, and maybe even his wife, Lupe. Zeff’s only respite is his monthly transformation when he once again can wander and hunt in the Maine woods of his youth.  What was once his curse is now his only reprieve from his physical prison.  Yet when an old rival threatens to expose him and challenge his relationship with Lupe, Zeff must confront the jealousy that is eating away at him faster than the illness decimating his once-muscled frame.
